You can't move arrows aroud, you can't resize elements and other similar issues...
Current controls implemented via strange draggable rectangle is strange, unintuitive and hard to use. It should be easy to edit process diagrams. As easy as editing and working with architecture diagrams. So, simple, generally accepted (and intuitive because of that) controls should be implemented
