# Bounded staged checkpoint review Reviewed the prospective staged checkpoint on 2026-09-06, before the separate unstaged semantic-review right-padding change. No new material defect or secret was found within this review's scope. The staged snapshot contained 172 files and 27,469 added lines. A scan of staged additions found zero private-key headers, AWS access-key patterns, GitHub/OpenAI token patterns or credential-bearing HTTP URLs. Probe tokens encountered during manual inspection are explicitly synthetic test values. Ignored native recovery files, local compiler/runtime binaries, task-local server stores and credentials were not part of the staged file inventory. The scan output is retained at `.local/staged-secret-scan.json`; absence of these patterns is not a universal secret-detection guarantee. Manual integration review concentrated on recovery capture/restore and detached Save As, source-entry relocation across Undo/Redo, exact save receipt adoption, keyed annotation/binding row replacement, port-workflow recovery and Windows normal-user manifest integration. These checks were assessed alongside earlier core tests and native/REST evidence; this review did not rerun Cargo or native UI. No material contradiction was established in those seams. The only staged diff-check diagnostic observed was trailing whitespace in the upstream `scripts/windows-notices/Fira-OFL.txt` license. Its exact hash-pinned text is intentionally retained. It is not a production formatting defect and should not be normalized. This was a bounded review of consequential integration risks and secrets, not an independent examination of every fixture/license line or a full release approval. The later unstaged semantic-review padding change was excluded. The independently executed timed two-file native-save oracle is recorded separately in `release-timed-bundle-oracle-20260906.md`.
