Ledger history preserved before consolidation
STATE.md and TASK_LEDGER.md are byte-for-byte copies of the complete ledgers
immediately before the 2026-09-06 evening consolidation. Copy hashes were compared
with both originals before replacement. They preserve all historical requirements,
decisions, platform/branch evidence, old process state and superseded open work.
These files are archival, not current instructions or status. Their original
relative evidence paths are relative to harness/, not this archive directory;
historical absolute paths may refer to the previous machine. Read the current
Progress Ledger and Task Ledger first.
Current reports take precedence over historical pending/passed claims.
