2026-09-11: the explicit nested Windows PowerShell invocation terminated at Cargo's first ordinary stderr compilation message, because ErrorActionPreference=Stop treated merged native stderr as NativeCommandError. functions exec session 39757 returned exit 1. No focused test or Clippy terminal result was produced. Subsequent process inventory found no remaining cargo/rustc/clippy process. Production inputs1 remain frozen; the correction is to the private launcher only.
