Ivanko1608 76b91dc1e5 fix: prefer claude.exe over claude.cmd on Windows 
Node cannot spawn a .cmd file without a shell, so a claude.cmd found
earlier on PATH would hide a working claude.exe.

Ivanko1608 1df95fdfdd feat: locate CLI binary 
Search PATH, then standard install dirs, since the packaged app often
starts with a minimal PATH.
