Integrate the delivered Help/Save line
bc69c6d449with the reviewed navigation/projection peer line and root correction6018ae30b9296b9f6b37d7fc038175080d15fafb. Use a separate local worktree and remote branch codex/navigation-help-save-01a0d717-20261002. Source6018 now passes Windows fmt, full workspace2,236/0/8, strict workspace/all-targets Clippy and workspace bin build; two corrected native processes verify intentional placement relocation/UUID, exact saved Undo/Redo/reopen and clean opposite-layer inspection. Independent final native/evidence review and versioned navigation packet publication remain dependencies before accepting the contribution as a published handoff.Acceptance:
Known limits: broad first-release/full application goal remains open; diagram labels/canvas layout still need work; Linux/WSL and user-paused quantities/libraries/planner/aggregate work remain excluded. No issue closure, combined acceptance or release is claimed by this preparatory claim. Related issues #41/#42/#43; delivered Release9 and PR47 retain original identities.

All required historical failures/reviews, source ZIPs, native/saved-source/oracle records and selftest controls are in frozen inventory attempt02 (934 logical files, 625 unique payloads, 47.93MB physical payload; SHA1a19ffae0576ca245c889f3af9417fc1842269efcd4123d6e894ca5ccec99d03). Actual conflicts were only app.rs test-module insertion and STATE; both Help/Draw test modules and both current contribution checkpoints are preserved. Production hunks, guide and allocation tests merged automatically. No conflict-free-before-merge claim is made. The candidate is uncommitted/unverified; a fresh production preservation review and small cross-feature Help/navigation tests are underway before freezing source. An initial unrun test proposal conflated them; its exact bytes and review are preserved. No production session clearing or canvas-epoch change was made. Exact P/source/history, mounted caret, Close/Escape, current/stale context messages and held-release controls are now being executed on clean frozen 9c79 source; fmt already exited0, compilation/test gates are still running. No test/runtime acceptance inferred from reviews.
Root also owns new matching workspace desktop/server/CLI builds, direct Windows union workflows, a newly authored bounded REST trial, package/extraction checks and publication. Fresh REST evaluator review found size-cap, revision and catalog-oracle gaps; candidate repairs are unexecuted and being independently re-reviewed, with separate actual build provenance required before launch. Original component failure records, peer ownership, user-paused scopes and the reserved pending preview version remain unchanged.

AGENTS/PROJECT_GOAL match fetched actual default-main eda2d0d1; no user-owned input rewrite. This publishes the actual merge plus test-only Help follow-up, not a release.Frozen 9c Windows targeted verification: fmt0; Help14 (including all16 new matrix cases), canvas-selection20, contextual-Draw5, placement-relocation5, SaveAs15, server-source-project10, allocation full-tree7 all pass/0 failures (76 Rust tests across these target families). Two earlier allocation filename-derived filters matched0 and are explicitly not coverage: focused01 retained Cargo0, workspace01's new nonvacuity guard rejected the second with evaluator1 before workspace/Clippy. Actual compiled test listing established app::allocation_drag::tests::full_tree; workspace02 runs that correct7-test target then the full workspace/strict Clippy, which remain in progress.
Build/evidence audit found prior555-file initial snapshots omit external Windows manifest and some test includes. Focused01 retains a separate mid-run220-file observation (not retrospective start proof); new full/build recorders include audited build/.cargo, examples and required harness fixtures. Fresh source reviews of the build recorder, strengthened native/oracle helpers and full saved-model/source expectations found no remaining material blocker within their stated scopes. Actual baseline source oracle confirms four typed work elements/two mixed views/seven files match the frozen fixture; compiler reuse remains attributed to oldc706 with identical current core inputs, not relabeled as a union binary build. Fresh process reopened two SA nodes, returned to mixed four nodes and saved; repeated no-op Save preserved full baseline bytes. Independent integrated native review is underway. OS dialog automation failures (extra16px screenshot/no-op typing) are preserved with actual accessible-field/direct-button recovery; no product focus claim inferred.
REST rest01's two f32 JSON representation mismatches were independently diagnosed as an emitter serialization defect. Preserved old failure/fixture; corrected typed serializer retains strict comparison, full Project/Command roundtrip and adjacent-binary32 guards. Actual emitterbuild02/emit02 closed0, complete independent fixture review finds only10 intended JSON spellings changed with identical f32 bits and all source/identity/geometry/control bytes conserved. Fresh rest02 actual complete baseline model/source/persisted-envelope/compiler checks passed22 assertions, then FAILED while the evaluator attempted reading the live exclusive .arcadia.lock sentinel on Windows. Failure preserved; primary server/store documentation supports a narrow metadata check for that zero-byte root ownership file, with all other file bytes/errors still strict.
