Seam from the state-class strip: renderGraphContext tags nodes with raw latest-quiz outcomes ([miss] / [dont-know] / [correct] / [never probed]); 50-graph-context.md still taught the deleted state classes ([missed] / [known] / [candidate]). Re-aligned, guidance unchanged.
