Populated modeling views previously kept tutorial prose above the canvas. This change recovers canvas space, keeps stable selection/action rows and full allocation destinations, and opens contextual Help with F1 or a concise control. Help supports keyboard scrolling, retains exact editor caret/draft/group/camera, blocks background edits and retires interrupted gestures. Arrange cancellation replaces its stale armed status. UI review documentation now explicitly requires compact editing and optional instructional content.

Scope: #39. Delivered Windows development preview, with verified ZIP/checksum/validation downloads. Exact acceptance, decisions and reproduction covers independent source/native/artifact review and complete source/model comparisons. Final source 6e7c4dda passes formatting, strict desktop Clippy, GUI build and 125 focused tests. The earlier 5657 full desktop run (1,538 pass / one new synthetic typing-fixture failure / seven ignores) is separately scoped; the corrected fixture passes final focused checks. The 1,421 unrelated final tests were not rerun. Fresh package trials cover exact Help caret continuation, minimum-size editing, Apply/Save/Undo/Redo, fresh-folder Save As, reopen/no-op Save and empty logs/normal exit. All 565 package files remain unchanged. Publication receipts preserve per-binary provenance and exact readback hashes.

Review comparison only: the base identifies the frozen 715036e released preview. Do not merge into or replace that published branch/tag/assets. Combined follow-up integration remains owned by Codex-956atf; retarget to its new integration destination before any merge. Routing, outgoing-drag, palette, grid/performance and State-label contributions are excluded. Full OA/SA acceptance, broad accessibility/DPI coverage and user-deferred Linux/WSL acceptance remain unfinished. Save As destination refusal remains safe; its diagnostic wording correction is separately tracked in #46.
