The source alias rename Windows prerelease is published with runnable Studio/server ZIP, checksum and validation. Extract the complete archive and run arcadia-studio.exe, keeping its sibling libunwind.dll. This development milestone does not complete the full OA/SA application goal.

The tag identifies exact source cbc49a7802 for both binaries. The publication record links assets and public readback. The package acceptance report and independent evidence preserve exact source, native, saved-state and server scopes. The documented Details-to-Preview delayed-scroll P2 remains outside this frozen package's correction scope.

Use STATE.md for the integrated checkpoint and links to versioned specifications and evidence. The previous navigation release, contextual release record and standalone CLI preview remain available with their own historical provenance.
